The Kentucky plant has not been fully retooled yet. Japanese supply has been carrying the entire program. RAV4 inventory on lots is down over 51% year over year. And somehow I am still being held to volume targets that were set before any of this was known. My customers want RAV4s. I have maybe two on the ground at any given time. The ones I have sell in under two weeks. What I cannot do is conjure inventory that Toyota has not allocated me. The units I am losing are not going to competitors. They are going to nobody because there is nothing to sell. I have had four deals in the last month where a customer came in ready to buy a RAV4 and left without one because I simply did not have it. That is four lost sales that have nothing to do with my team's performance and everything to do with a production transition that Toyota is managing and I am absorbing.
